After 18,000 trimless years, April finally decided to go under the knife, er, scissors. Much to Phil's dismay (fearful of "the wife cut"), April tripped it up to Carmel, IN to see the always fabulous Wendy for an evening of cuts, styles, drinks, and hot bartenders - again, to Phil's dismay. The 12 inch blunt cut (yes, she measured) turned into ~13 when all was said and done, but the foot of unscathed ponytail was reserved for the greater good. Locks of Love has received April's mane and will pass it on to a deserving child! A great time was had by all (sans hair woes and tears!), and the girls, along with Greta, celebrated the new 'do with Cheesecake factory grub and strawberry martinis (this time to the hot bartender's dismay).
